Belonging
Here at The Lead Generation Group Ltd we all feel a sense of belonging to the Company, and with a common aim that we are always working towards. We also want any businesses that we work with to have that same sense: when we work with you, you then become part of our LG family.
Because we specialize in logistics, both on the sales and marketing side, we are careful about making sure that there is cohesion and belonging when we are working on behalf of our clients, especially when we are acting in a pivotal role of matching companies that need some additional help and support and, as we touched on last week, that is particularly relevant at this time of the year.
No one should feel they don't belong but as we enter the Festive Period sadly, not belonging can be something that affects thousands of people, and yes, even some businesses and business owners. We don't want anyone to feel alone or isolated at any time, but when celebrations, spending and Christmas advertising is in overtime, that sense loneliness and isolation can become unbearable for many.
The great thing about our sales and marketing strategy is that it encompasses all businesses: We may be specialists in the logistics industry, but we understand how every business needs external support at some time or another, and with our contacts and knowledge and most importantly, our team of real human beings, we can negate the need for anyone to feel they are not important and don't belong using a sales and marketing company like The Lead Generation Group Ltd.
When you belong the most important thing is communication and that's why we like that personal relationship with all of our clients. When you work with us you will know our names as well as we know yours; you will get a dedicated person dealing with your business and if you need to work with another company, we have that personal information and relationship with them to ensure we match the right people with the right company.
Sometimes lessons learned and used in business should be taken into our personal lives and our dealings with others. When we are working in our business we tend to be direct, focused and have unlimited dialogue to get us where we need to be, but when it comes to making our personal feelings known, we tend to shy away from being direct because we don't want to appear weak, or offend our friends and relatives.
As the days race towards the Christmas break, perhaps we should all take a moment and step back and look at the bigger picture. Is there someone in your company or within your circle of friends and family that seems a bit withdrawn or just not firing on all cylinders at the moment? Maybe they are feeling they don't belong, for whatever reasons, and that sense is amplified at this time of the year, but when you chose to work with The LG Group you will never NOT belong.
