There still seems to exist the myth that you cannot be successful in business unless you are ruthless, but that's so not true. Of course there will be some who like to ride roughshod, but generally, us marketing fellas are nice, kind people who only want the best for our clients.

We like to K.I.S. (keep it simple) and not make things over-complicated. We need to understand your business so we can attract the right clients to help you grow.

We don't dive straight in with aggressive targeting of our own clients, let alone your potential customers. We sit down and have a chat. We listen to what you want and how you envisage getting it. We offer our advice and spin because we know we are the experts, but sometimes we have to offer our advice in a diplomatic and kind way.

The LG Group has its headquarters in Tamworth, and it's great if our customers can arrange to come in to see us and sit down for some real face-to-face time, but it's also okay for us to speak to you on the phone or on Zoom/Teams. The beauty of this digital age we live in is that we, and you, can engage with customers all over the globe.
