No Business is an Island
This week we celebrated St. George's Day in England. Wales and Ireland have already had St. David's and St. Patrick's Day and in November St. Andrew is celebrated in Scotland.
We may be an island but each of our four nations has its own cultures, language, and heritage but we all come together as one nation of Great Britain.
It doesn't matter if you are a sole trader, a partnership or a big limited company, no person or persons in business is an island. We all need a support network – either our work colleagues or outside Third Party support, to make sure our business succeeds.
Like the four countries that make up the United Kingdom, every business has its own way of working; its culture and its own form of communication within the company, but when it comes to the more general communication of interacting with other businesses, we all try speak the same language – the language of success!
Most of us are not super humans: we are not able to install every bit of equipment, IT solutions, marketing, branding or CRM system. Of course, some people have a natural talent for doing many things, for example, with technology today the majority of sole traders or small business owners can, if need be, build their own website from pre-existing templates. They can `do enough` to get their enterprise up and running. But what happens when it comes to business growth?
The Lead Generation Group is your lifeboat to make sure your ship doesn't get into difficulty in the choppy waters of marketing solutions. We are lucky, our lifeboats are tailored to suit the scale of your business, and the speed of growth, which you are in control of.
We are happy to sit down with a Sole Trader and give them some practical hints and tips to allow them to grow and bring in new business and then, and only then, do we start the real scaling up process and work with much larger budgets.
Our aim is simple: We want you to succeed.
We are not going to allow you to drown in the first months or years when your business is in its infancy.
Don't get me wrong – we also love working with a BIG budget! In the marketing industry one size doesn't fit all. The more you grow, the more income you generate and the bigger your budgets become, and you can spend accordingly on your marketing to ensure growth is continued and is sustainable.
We are like a well-oiled trucking company. Start off with a one man, one van scenario. Generate the leads that lead to two men and two vans, then one van become a truck, three men, two vans and one truck – etc. etc. etc. Soon you will have a fleet of lorries. People will make you're their go-to transport and logistics company.
You have worked with the LG Group on your expansion programme and we have marketed accordingly.
Happy Sailing!
