Profit and Loss
When you start a business the sole aim is for it to make a profit. Without profit we have no business, but what about profit in non-financial terms? How much time do you invest in your business on a daily basis?

Or – here's a controversial one – does the time you spend actually accrue you a loss in terms of the time you invest?
We have spoken about this in previous posts; as a business owner, especially in a smaller business or as a Sole Trader, how much of your valuable time is spent working on your business? Do you try and be all things to your enterprise and spend valuable time each day trying to sell your products?
The LG Group understands that when you are a start-up, money is precious, but so is your time. How many hours during the week are you spending on your sales and marketing? The biggest marketing tool in 21st Century businesses is Digital Marketing. Do you consider how much time you will need to spend trying to set up all the marketing and sales platforms and linking them together to make sure you present a seamless selling strategy to potential clients.
Imagine if you sat down and worked out your real-worth hourly rate versus the actual return on your time investment. Would you show a healthy profit or would you suddenly be down at the bottom of the loss snake.
Often it's easy to forget to calculate our actual worth in terms of the real-time investment we make everyday working on our business as opposed to working in the business.
Let's take Sole Traders as an example: How many people could you potentially have to pay to help you grow your business, increase sales and get repeat orders? Perhaps you might use a Virtual Assistant, but they might only be strong on the administration side and not the digital marketing side, so you would have to bring in a separate expert. And what about someone to sit on the phones or trawl through potential leads?
We understand that you, as a business owner, does not have the expertise in every area you need to grow and sustain your business. The Lead Generation Group is your one-stop package of experts – everything and everyone you need in one convenient place. We are that mighty hub of knowledge that every business needs.
You can spend far too much of your valuable time outsourcing all the things you need to ensure your vision becomes a reality, but you will be stretching your resources and your budgets too thinly to be of real value. How much time will it take to find where to outsource and how many invoices will you need to pay at the end of every month?
Nowadays we want fast, convenient and premium quality services in every area of our lives, so why should our business be any different?
Think about The LG Group as your one shop supermarket!
